☆ General Information ☆

● please include atleast 2 of your character's references or more (the more the better!) Poses, clothes, facial expressions, moods, etc. You can also send a small sketch for me to follow too! The more details the character has the more the price may vary.

Payment Method

● Payment will be through Ko-fi and Gcash in USD only. I don't accept payments through Paypal directly.● You must pay 50% upfront before i start and must pay 50% at completion. After payment i will send you the full artwork without the watermark through Email or Drive.● Tips are welcome! Leaving a tip or not, i will awlays appreciate it 🫶 (and tips does not count as payment btw)

♧ Terms Of Service ♧

■ i have the right to decline a commission if it makes me uncomfortable (deadline, subject, characters + amount of characters)■ you can ask for a refund & cancellation IF i haven't started with your commission yet, but once i have started working on your commission with significant amount of progress, you can no longer ask for a refund & cancellation. Even after the commission is complete.■ first come first serve■ please put credits whenever you post your commission online■ I tend to talk casually with my clients so please be patient if i don't understand certain terms and phrases. Im kinda of slow and a little clueless when it comes to that, so please be kind and patient with meeeee■ you can only ask for 2 revisions (posses, expressions, etc) in the Sketching Stage, and 1 revision in the Coloring Stage. ( only in Color palletes and Color schemes, no major changes like a whole new pose)But once i started rendering/cleaning up you can no longer ask for any revisions unless its a small correction (color adjustment, missing character features/elements).■ Commissions might take 1 to 3 weeks or longer (1 to 2 months) depending on complexity and circumstances.Im still studying in college and i tend to take my time when drawing, so if you have any deadlines planned please let me know beforehand and discuss it with me before i accept your commission so i can let you know if i can take it with my current schedule.If i accept and the deadline is near on the day you commissioned me, i will have to charge you for the rush, i hope you understand.■ My art is for Personal use only (pfp, icon, header, banner, homemade prints, etc). NO commercial use, NO reproduction / distribution / profit in any way, NO NFTs, and NO Ai.■ I have my own rights to reuse your commission artwork which is: posting it in my social media (with watermark of course), sample for sales and self promotion, portfolio, reuse some elements for other commissions, and work process.■ i may make some small artistic liberties while working on your commission (modifying/removing clothing accessory details if necessary, please let me know beforehand what features i should strickly not remove)

♡ Commission Process ♡

Ready to order? just follow these steps:1. Fill up this Form to avail a slot2. After submitting the form, I will put you on a waitlist and I will contact you once it is your turn.3. Once I contacted you and discussed about the piece and confirmed the type of commission, I will send an invoice.4. Client must pay 50% upfront through Kofi or Gcash and send me a Screenshot of proof of payment5. I will send the sketch with solid gray color base with the main idea of the piece for you to check.

6. I will then send the colored piece.

7. I will notify you once the piece is finished.8. You shall then pay the remaining 50% balance and send me a Screenshot of proof of payment.9. I will then send the commissioned piece through Gmail or Drive, whichever you preferred, and then we are done!
